Jane Harms Marks 20 Years at Paulsen

Congratulations to Jane Harms, VP, finance and HR at Paulsen, on her 20th anniversary with the company.

“I love my job. I like being here, and I like the people,” Jane said. “It doesn’t seem like it’s been 20 years.”

Jane oversees all of Paulsen’s budgets, financial management and analysis, human resources, office operations, purchasing and building maintenance. Her expertise has helped Paulsen attain and maintain financial stability and strength, as well as continued growth.

“The day I started, Thane Paulsen said, ‘a happy employee works harder.’” That philosophy guided how Jane approached HR 20 years ago – and guides her still today.

“Accounting is like putting together puzzles,” says Jane. “Giant, 500-piece puzzles. I’m doing exactly what I love to do.”
