Thomas Kamnikar Promoted to Digital Project Manager

Paulsen has promoted Thomas Kamnikar from lead web developer to digital project manager. His new role involves proactively managing Paulsen website projects; trafficking the web department; tracking developer workload; creating proposals, statements of work and estimates; improving the Paulsen project management process and providing account service support.

“Tom brings his strengths in problem-solving and a deep understanding of code, along with client communications skills to his new role,” Paulsen President Sara Steever says. “We are fortunate to have his skill set on our team.”

Tom has been with Paulsen for 13 years. He graduated from Northern State University with a bachelor’s degree in art and is a self-taught web developer.
