Paulsen Lands "Agency of Record" Role with Leading Regional Transmission Organization

Paulsen recently earned the distinction of becoming the agency of record for Southwest Power Pool (SPP), a nonprofit regional transmission organization, or RTO, based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

SPP is one of seven RTOs responsible for managing the bulk electric grid, operating a wholesale electric market and planning transmission routes for future growth and reliability. Its current service territory covers a 552,000-square-mile area across parts of 15 states.
