On May 5, VP, Strategic Director Mark Smither celebrated his 20th year at Paulsen.

A 25-year ad agency professional who began his career at Franklin & Associates in Rapid City, S.D., Mark joined Paulsen in 1995. He has served in roles including copywriting, producing, creative direction and management, and he has been honored with numerous awards for his work.
Today, Mark is the driving force behind Paulsen’s strategic planning, research and marketing capabilities. His extensive background in strategy development and management gives him a unique edge in helping clients identify and solve problems.
