Role and Opportunities
- Understand client marketing communications strategy and apply that knowledge to the recommendation and execution of digital tactics
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure digital tactics fit within overall marketing plans

- Manage and reconcile budgets for paid media
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Provide guidance on creative elements based on campaign goals
- Support account service members during client presentations and meetings
- Help educate team members regarding digital tactics
- Prepare reports and data visualizations of campaigns
- Analyze and make recommendations for optimizing campaigns
- Help creative team members improve consumer engagement through best practices and campaign analytics
- Stay up to date on new social media platforms, tools, best practices and trends that can help campaign performance and enhance overall strategies for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing or Public Relations or equivalent
- 1+ years related experience in digital, social media or online marketing
- Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing principles for both lead generation and awareness
- Certification in Google Analytics and Google Search, Google Ads and Google Video
- Experience with social media management tools; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat; email marketing software; website content management systems; and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Excel or Tableau is helpful
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Highly organized and deadline-driven—must be able to manage multiple, simultaneous digital projects
- Hands-on experience with SharpSpring, HubSpot or related CRM is preferred
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
