We’re looking for three ambitious college students who want to learn what it's like to work at a marketing agency. As a Paulsen intern, you’ll get to work with a team of smart marketers and gain valuable, real-world experience. This is a full-time paid internship opportunity, so get ready to be challenged and inspired.

Our internship team for 2025 will have two members:

One account service intern
One interns selected from these areas of interest:

  • Design
  • Writing
  • Public relations
  • Social and paid media
  • Website development

Job details:

  • 12-week internship from May through August
  • $15.00 per hour, 40 hours per week

Design

Are you a student interested in building real-world graphic design experience with an award-winning team? We’re looking for a talented designer with fresh, creative ideas and an excellent eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design print and digital materials
  • Complete projects according to deadline
  • Retouch and manipulate images
  • Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
  • Collaborate with the creative director and copywriters to develop design concepts
  • Receive feedback from the creative director and account service team and make necessary changes
  • Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed

Requirements

  • Graphic design major preferred
  • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color and other graphic design fundamentals
  • Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
