Launching a Brand New G&T Website

Sunflower Electric Power Corporation approached Paulsen for help with a website redesign and overhaul. A power generation and transmission (G&T) cooperative based in Hays, Kansas, Sunflower Electric hoped to update its site to match new branding elements used across other media, improve the overall user experience and connect with its member electric distribution co-ops as well as businesses and individual households within its service area in central and western Kansas.

Our team also recommended moving the site to Craft CMS, preferred for in-house website management because of its relative ease of use on the backend without compromising design capabilities or performance. This transition promises to give the Sunflower Electric communications team increased flexibility when making site updates, posting new content, etc.
