Account Service Intern
Want to learn how client relationships and strategic thinking drive successful marketing campaigns? As an account service intern, you'll gain hands-on experience collaborating with every department in our agency while supporting major clients in agriculture, energy, and rural sectors.
What You'll Do
Manage Client Relationships
- Support the account service team with day-to-day client interactions
 - Ensure seamless communication between clients and agency teams
 - Attend internal and client meetings to understand how agencies really work
 
Develop Strategic Skills
- Perform market analysis and research on the competition
 - Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns
 - Provide insights that shape client strategies and campaign direction
 
Coordinate Across Teams
- Work closely with creative, media, and web teams to deliver client solutions
 - Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (social media, direct mail, web)
 - Help organize marketing events and client presentations
 
Solve Real Problems
- Identify challenges and develop actionable solutions to meet client objectives
 - Prepare promotional presentations for client review
 - Support additional marketing functions across various client accounts
 
Requirements
- Advertising or marketing major preferred
 - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
 - Basic knowledge of social media advertising platforms
 - Strong organizational and analytical skills
